Mushtaque Ahmed Kobhar VS State Ss. 302(b), 324, 114 & 34---Qatl-i-amd, attempt to commit qatl-i-amd, abettor present when offence committed, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Minor contradictions in the statements of witnesses---Not consequential---Accused was charged that he along with his co-accused in furtherance of their common intention committed murder of nephew of the complainant by firing and caused firearm injury to the son of his sister---Record showed that accused though pointed out some minor contradictions in the evidence of witnesses but the same were not sufficient to discard their evidence---Even in cases where some minor contradictions might be available which were not sufficient to create any serious doubt, the same could be ignored as they were always available in each and every case---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt against the accused---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
